Cuss if you're grown enough to do so. Your words are on you. The Lord knows the heart in fact everything.

Okay, are you judging a title before you read it? Duh, you are. It is totally cool.

Just keep reading please.

Listen, it's ok if you don't know HIM, we all meet HIM and gain a rapport with HIM at different times. This is a no judgment zone over here at #heyyylouise so #relax. I'm not here to force anything on you. Just keep reading, please.

It's a new day, and so far its been a trying good day. Does that make sense to you? A trying good day. It has been a blessed tough day. Don't let one circumstance ruin your entire day my friend. We all have those days, where we need encouragement, we have to shake and shift.

Pick yourself up, and don't get caught staying down too long. Buy those shoes, those cowgirl boots, that fast food, that gourmet dinner, the cookie, the pretzel, the ice cream, I know I keep saying buy this and buy that, but honestly, what I mean is just buy whatever makes you feel good inside in that moment, for being who you are, you work so hard, get it, do it for all that you have overcome and all that you have to face. Who's going to treat you like you? There's one person who treats you better than you, and He sits high, and looks low.

Are you sad? I have been told I have cried more than Mother Teresa, yes that's a fact. Remember, some crying is healthy, until your head hurts, your chest burns, your shoulder, neck, back is sore, and you know what I am saying, cry until your body parts start aching. Now, that is too much crying.

Are you grieving or something? What is making you cry so much? Think about it. Enough is enough. Our loved ones is not leaving HIM to come back here, accept it. Chase peace. Peace is given from HIM.

Listen to your body my friend during those sad hard times. There are plenty of signs to remind you of when to stop crying. Do you know where you hold your stress? I choose to stress less. Aknowledge your stress, then give it to the One who can stop it, faster than you can my friend. Yup, I said it. Stress makes your neck and upper back hurt. Stress does no good for you.

Accountability is huge when you want to overcome something. You have the power over yourself under God. You have free will, what are you going to do with it? Nobody can do to you what you won't allow. People get what they give so don't trip. The way they treat you will go back to them. What do you allow to be done to you? Think about it? A real one, loved one, sibling, bestie, bro, is going to put you up not hate on you or put you down, a real one got you and is 100% loyal. Good people in your life will want what's best for you entirely. Don't ever forget this. Let people go.

#Getchoassup and figure things out. Make a list of what is really bothering you? Is it your job? Is it your relationship? What is truly taking you under? Do you know your worth? When you love yourself, nothing can stop you, so stop playing with yourself, #getchoassup.
